Review code enforcement report
Motion to approve the assessment appeal settlement between the Greene Co. Board of Assessment Appeals and Jay and Cathy Tognarini. The assessed value of Parcel No. 03-02-11-D located on Yukon Hill Road will be reduced from $4,000.00 to $1,673.64.
The first round of mowing of the road banks has been completed
The Act 13 Impact Fee allocation in the amount of $759,249.28 was received on June 26th.
