A special meeting was held immediately following the regular business meeting on December 9, 2025 at the Township Office. Purpose of the special meeting was to adopt the 2026 Annual Budget. Present were Daniel R. Stoneking, Chairman, Paul Cook, Vice Chairman, Harry D. Gillispie, Supervisor and Dawn Horr, Secretary. No Visitors were present.
A motion was made by Harry to adopt Resolution 7-2025 adopting the 2026 Annual Budget. Seconded by Paul and motion carried.
A motion was made by Paul to adopt Resolution 8-2025 setting the millage for 2026 at 2.70 mills. The mills will be disbursed as follows: 2.0 mills for general purposes, .42 mills for equipment purchases and .28 mills for fire protection. Seconded by Harry. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Paul to adopt Resolution 9-2025 that sets the street lighting assessment for the year 2026 at a rate of 92 cents per front foot for occupied lots and 23 cents per front foot for vacant lots. Seconded by Harry and motion carried.
A motion was made by Harry to adjourn the meeting at 5:06 p.m. Seconded by Paul. Motion carried.
